This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your service or request a refund for services purchased from AB concierge, operated by The Illustrious Company Limited.

1. Service Cancellation

Our service model operates on a manual monthly basis. This means:

  • You are not charged automatically.
  • There is no need to formally cancel your service.
  • If you do not make a payment for the upcoming month, your access to AB concierge services will simply lapse without further obligation.

You may resume your access at any time by completing a new payment.

2. Refunds

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of the concierge services, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial use of the service period
  • Unused access

If a payment was made in error and no services were delivered, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment by contacting our support team. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Service Disruptions

If AB concierge is unable to fulfill a service due to internal issues, we may offer a credit or refund at our sole discretion.
